How to use

Melt the bar directly onto dry skin and massage the oils and butters in. If the bar is cold, begin by warming between your hands to melt. Lush massage bars are generously oil-rich, so apply as much or as little as desired and re-apply as needed.

Brilliant after long runs

I use half a bar after long competitive runs (half marathons +j. It is amazing.

But why can I only buy it now it half a dozen major stores (eg Birmingham) and not me local Worcester!?

Painful knees saviour.

This massage bar (along with Therapy and Each Peach) I have used for many many years now and will continue to purchase whenever I run out! I started working for the NHS 19 yrs ago, and about 2 yrs in, my knees started to play up....due to all the running about but especially having to manually pump the patients beds up and down all the time) and it took its toll unfortunately.....the only product I tried that helped relieve my painful knees was this massage bar! I had tried different painkillers and painkiller gels and nothing worked as good as this warming and spicy bar! I swore by it and still do if I get aches and pains or my knees flair up. The smell is invigorating and tingles due to the peppermint. I will always have a bar of this in my stash for as long as it is being sold and I have recommended it to countless people who have complained of aches and pains. Wonderful.

Super bueno

Me lo regalaron y no podría estar más contenta. La primera vez cuesta un poco que derrita pero en cuanto eso pasa funciona fenomenal. Las judías dan un masaje super suave pero que se nota, y es un formato muy práctico. Ojalá hubiera el mismo formato de las judías con otros olores, a mi me gusta pero mi marido dice que huele a “mercadillo medieval” (al llevar canela huele a especias). Cuidado si vives en una zona de calor porque por el verano hay que meterlo en la nevera, pero el fresquito hasta se agradece.

Please make more stuff in this scent

Went to a spa day at Lush and this was the bar they used and as soon as I smelt it I was in loooove! Really wish you could get it in other products (bubble bar, perfume, shampoo etc) I would buy the lot!!!

Not a huge fan of the seeds in it as they fall apart but if that’s the only downfall then hey ho, I’ll pick them up after haha
