Delivery Information

Placing an order? We can’t wait to unite you with your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

 

Our website is open 24/7, however, our digital fulfillment and customer service's team operate from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays. Should you try to contact us outside of our working hours we will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day. 

We expect everything to run smoothly, but we will be keeping things under constant review and will alert you of any changes necessary. There may also be some delays with our delivery partner, Dawnwing Couriers during this time. However, if your order is not delivered within 5 working days from the dispatch please pop us a mail at info@lush.co.za and we will be sure to follow up for you.

Shipping Rates & Times

Delivery times apply to all orders placed before 12am. For all orders placed after 12am, the following day will be considered the first working day. Although we do our very best to ensure all orders placed are picked, packed and dispatched on the day they are ordered, there are times (During the festive season) when this may not be possible. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it. Please note that all shipping estimates are calculated from date of dispatch ( and not from the date you placed your order)

Delivery rates are calculated by postal code, which have been grouped together into categories

Standard delivery is free on all overs over the value of R950

Express Delivery:

Available only to Local and main Centre Areas for R140. Prioritized delivery on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday on a working day. Expected delivery time: 1 to 2 working days after date of dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend/public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders will be delivered by DPD laser couriers (Dawnwing)  and will require a signature, so please make sure there will be someone at home to sign for it.

You will receive an SMS alert when your order is out for delivery as well as a phone call from DPD laser couriers (Dawnwing) should you not answer your door. Should you not be home on the date that your order is out for delivery - please contact us or DPD laser couriers to arrange for later delivery. Should you miss your delivery - it will be returned to our courier's warehouse where delivery will be attempted a further 2 times before being returned to us.

In-store collection

Please note we have temporarily disabled this option as we work on an exciting new web feature. We hope to have this back up and running before you know it! Pop us an email if you would like more info on this.

Track Your Parcel
All the tracking information regarding your order will be attached in a Dispatch email from us, the minute your order is picked, packed, and handed over to our courier partners. Your email will contain both a tracking number as well as a link to DPD's website to follow along as your order makes its way to you. You can expect further email and SMS alerts from DPD providing you with further updates.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please be sure to contact us via info@lush.co.za with your tracking number and we will liaise with our courier for you. 

International Delivery

LUSH South Africa does not ship internationally. Head on over to https://www.lush.com/uk/en to find the LUSH online store that ships in your country. 

Shipments to other parts of Africa: Although we do not have an option to ship directly from our online store to you - we would love to still make it possible for you to get your LUSH fix via your own 3rd party courier. Pop us an email at info@lush.co.za where we can discuss the options available to you.
