Organic Coconut Water

Coconuts are the seeds of the fruits that grow on the coconut palm. Inside these seeds is the delicious white flesh we are familiar with, and a pale-coloured liquid called coconut water. As this liquid is meant to support the growth of a new plant, it is packed with nutrients and hormones, such as hydrating potassium and antioxidant cytokinins.
