I always keep a shampoo and conditioner bar in my wash bag, they're light weight and great to travel with. I love the shampoo bar as it lathers very easily. However, the conditioner bar, I found it to be very hard and doesn't really lather very well, allowing for not a lot of conditioner on my hair. I found a good way to get to warmed up so it melts into the hair is to leave it on the side in a hot shower or in submerged in hot water for a few minutes. I don't think that it's better than a liquid conditioner, but lasts a long time, smells lovely and is perfect for travel!

This conditionar is amazing for my thick shirt hair and I've nad no issues with my eczema prone hair however, I bought an oval tin hoping that I will be able to travel with it and the bar was too high for it and always end up stuck if I tried to squash it in and the other time appear to be too small also for the conditionar. I just wish there was an easy was to travel with it as its perfect for hand luggage

From the other reviews I was a little apprehensive but I love the the scent so deffo wanted to make it work for me. I had the same trouble of getting the product from the bar to my hair.
I found a way of making this heavenly: First find a pot, half fill with hot water, place the conditioner bar in it. Wash your body & then your hair. After this amount of time the conditioner bar is quite soft so a lot of the conditioner comes off & onto your hair! Worked like a dream, now I have gorgeous soft, shiny & great smelling hair.
I hope this works for other people too.

I decided to give this conditioning bar a go after being a long time user of the Lush shampoo bars, which I absolutely LOVE. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this product. First of all the bar itself does not lather up well so it is very hard to use, the consistency of it feels like trying to rub a lump of wet play-doh onto your hair, and it is also incredibly hard to keep dry after use. It usually ends up turning into a mushy mess in its container and does not hold its shape like the harder shampoo bars. I wouldn't say the conditioning it provides is anything special either, and I often find that I have small lumps on pink left in my hair even after rinsing for ages after using it. I have relatively short hair so I imagine this would be a nightmare for those with longer and thicker hair! It's a neat idea but I think the formula needs a rethink, for now I will just be sticking with the shampoo bars and will return back to using liquid conditioners.

Doesn't lather. Doesn't condition. Waste of money.
